ICQ: Network Status updated to "experiencing difficulties"

As assumed earlier, the ICQ Team has problems with servers. Now, they have finally updated the network status to read the following:

About "My password stopped working":
I think it's more likely that you were affected by the network error icq had recently. but it should be fixed by now. you can check the momentary icq ntwork status at www.icq.com/help.
if it still doesn't work
reset you password and incase you cannot do that, register a new account and set your questions & answers and yes, you can load in old contact list from local copy but only with icq2003b because icq 5 only stores the contact list online on icq servers but not keeps a local copy on your PC
